Washington (Aug 8) Henry E Davis counsel for Mrs Sutton mother of Lt James N Sutton whose death at Annapolis is being investigated by the navy department said he would remain connected with the inquiry. The court decided to treat Mrs Sutton as complainant and Lt Sutton as a defendant. Davis prepared to withdraw once that ruling was made and instructions were sent to Admiral Schroeder for Lt Utley to return from the battleship.
