Davis Funeral to Be Held Here Thursday
Funeral services for Joana Alice Davis will be held Thursday at 4 p.m. at Sherman’s funeral home with Rev. Walter Smith officiating. Burial follows in Elm Grove cemetery. Davis, born May 7 1868, lived in the county all her life. Surviving are two daughters Edith Hanley and Dan Holderer, a son Glen Davis, and four grandchildren with several great grandchildren.
