Dora Jones House Demolished for Medical Clinic in Washington
The 12 room three story Dora Jones house built in 1881 by A H Wallace is being torn down on the southwest corner of Iowa Ave and Jefferson St to make way for a new medical center. Walnut woodwork marble fireplaces and carved features highlighted the craftsmanship, with some interiors preserved as a reminder of past artisans.
