Three 11 year old Denver youths were held in Davenport by police for questioning in a purse snatching in Iowa City and an ear theft in Council Bluffs. They were identified as Stanley Axtman George Fee and Chris Heistand and were arrested by the Iowa highway patrol west of Davenport Wednesday. Mrs Emma Nearad a 65 year old practical nurse said a youth jumped from a car grabbed her purse and punched her in the back knocking her down. the purse held $4 in cash and a $15 check.
