Possible addition of two local trains on Milwaukee line
Washington may gain two more local trains daily on the Chicago Kansas City division of the Milwaukee road. A representative indicates a strong chance of added passenger service with a Kansas City to Chicago fast train via Ottumwa and Davenport, plus local stops east of Davenport. The plan aims to benefit towns along the line and allow same day return trips.
