A youth named Steve Miller 18 from New York City is jailed in Oskaloosa after stealing a Chevrolet at gunpoint near West Chester from Leonard Strohm and Joe Campbell. Miller confessed to the hold up and said he stole the pistol from a Seymour hotel. The victims were brought to Washington by telephone company staff.
