Washington ninth graders placed first in a three school meet at Fairfield with 81 points, Fairfield 50 percent and Davis County 19 percent. Braun led in the 100 and 440 dashes and long jump, Swartzendruber won the 880 and high jump, and the medley relay, with a 1:49.8, also took top honors. Washington hosts Southeast Six on May 11 and competes at Mt. Pleasant May 4.
