Davenport Iowa police report Orville Morgan 21 of Muscatine rammed a street barrier and struck a parked car then set his car on fire and fled. He assaulted a woman and grabbed a 14 year old girl before being captured in a backyard after a police chase. Morgan had been paroled from Mount Pleasant State Hospital on April 6.

Rhodes Youth Killed In Tractor Accident
A 19 year-old Rhodes youth, Richard Blink, was killed when the tractor he drove overturned while attempting to pass his father’s tractor four miles southeast of Rhodes, Iowa. Authorities report he was pinned beneath the vehicle after the overturn.
