Mr David Coulter died at his home in South Washington Iowa Sabbath evening April 15 1897 in the seventy fifth year of his age He was the youngest son of Rev John Coulter of Juniata County Pa He married Elizabeth Harris in 1846 They moved to Monmouth Illinois in 1858 and to Washington County in 1882 Five children survive him: his wife three daughters and one son The survivors listed include Ht topeka Kansas Mrs J E B Jaggard Howard Kansas R H W Conesville Iowa and Mary and Clara of the locality He was a Presbyterian from youth and died in faith The family laments their loss with verses.
