Weather postpones county boys conference in rain
Last night’s rain forced the postponement of the county older boys conference directed by Washington U. M. G. A. Jake Roth of Wayland said his delegation could not reach the event and roads were blocked in other towns. Wellman eight boys arrived to find the conference cancelled and the Y privileges given to them. The band will not play at tonight’s banquet as planned. If weather clears next week the event may be rescheduled for Saturday and Sunday or delayed another week.
