Unidentified Man Found In Mississippi River In Davenport
In Davenport Iowa April 11 a body of an unidentified man was recovered from the Mississippi River. The only mark of identity found a shirt collar with I B initials. Coroner Frank Keppy said the body appeared in the water about two weeks and there was no evidence of foul play. A chillfold with $5.36 was found. fingerprints were sent to the FBI.

New Building for School at Eldora
Des Moines April 11 bids will be let April 23 for a security building at Eldora Training school. The two story brick fire proof T shaped unit will house 60 youths, living quarters, dining, shops, and study rooms connected by tunnels to existing buildings.
