Scollards and accomplices flee after museum scheme

The Scollards used violence when a plan to cheat a house trust was exposed. They held a crowd at gunpoint to demand refunds after the alleged robbery. Chinese minister settles spelling of his name

Washington April 10 The new Chinese minister explains the spelling and pronunciation of his name. He says the first part is Chentung, the middle Li ang pronounced Liang, and the last Cheng, giving his full name Chentung Liang Cheng.
