Unanimous Push for County Electrification Plan

Mrs T H Lowry Dies at 42 in Brighton Community
Mrs T H Lowry aged 42 of the New Haven area died after nearly four years of illness. She had been bedfast since 1935. Funeral set for Thursday at 2 30 p m at the Christian church in Brighton with R W Fillmore in charge, burial in Nilcrest cemetery. She was born Cora Anna Crandall May 14 1894 near Panama Iowa. She married Theron H Lowry Sept 4 1914 and lived in Washington Louisa and Jefferson counties. Survivors include husband and children Homer Werner M Anna Beulah and twins Lois and Thelma, plus brother Mell P Crandall. Preceded by a brother Lewis and sisters Julia Harry T and Mare D. She became a Christian at Brighton in childhood.

Kalona Kalona June 17 Joseph J. Miller 72 died after falling from a scaffold while busy on a new house he was building. He died within twenty minutes. survived by one daughter Mrs Albert Miller and a foster daughter Mrs Eli Knepp. Burial in nearby cemetery.
