Lamoreaux Returns From Minneapolis Eye Treatment
O A Lamoreaux came back last Monday from Minneapolis where he was treated for his eyes at a hospital. An incident during the factory office fire left sawdust in his eye which caused trouble and led him to seek specialist care. The eye is now improving.

Moving pictures shown to aid tuberculosis bill in Wisconsin
In Madison on May 8, the Anti Tuberculosis Association and University Extension Division showcased moving pictures in the assembly chamber to illustrate tuberculosis effects and urge counties to build sanatoria under Yeuman's bill now before the finance committee. Dr. C A Harper presided. speakers included H E Dearholt M P Ravenel and Harvey D Brown. A large audience from the legislature and public attended, with an exhibit also in the capitol.

Washburn Wins Season Opener 6 to 5 Over Mason
