Tragedy in Port Wing as Toddler Drowns in Creek
Robert Jennings Jr. two years old of Port Wing drowned yesterday in Whittlesey Creek. The creek, usually knee deep and 6 to 10 feet wide in places, claimed the boy near Capt. Day's farm while his family visited. The body was found shortly after the fall near the house as his father worked on a new bridge.
