Ground Pulp Cargo Arrives at City Dock on Easton Steamer

Bayfield County road project nears completion near Pike's Quarry
Do ing Much Work Bayfield County crews rebuild the Washburn Bayfield road near Pike's Quarry aiming for a premier county highway. Last summer the Onion River to Pikes quarry section was straightened and finished in excellent condition with guard rails planned on high fills. The current extension tears up about two miles and will reach Salmo station, promising a fine link between the two cities.
