Bayfield County Board Special Session May 25 1908
Bayfield County Board met in the county clerk’s office at 10 30 am with Chairman A Pearce Tomkins presiding. A committee reported selecting the Sauve building as Second Municipal Court site at $100 yearly for four years. John Doe session approved per diem and mileage for supervisors and committee work. Hugo C Nelson resigned as county surveyor and Ernest J Brigham elected to fill the vacancy for the remainder of the term. Ground and Buildings committee authorized to study Bell Telephone removal and rental contracts.
