Charles Flynn operating a soft drink parlor next to Hansen furniture store was arrested early in the week by Chief Kerr for selling intoxicating liquor without a license. A United States revenue man assisted in a search of the Flynn place and liquor was reportedly found. The case was adjourned to Friday at 10 AM before Municipal Judge George A. Calder.
