Toutloff Returns After Parole To Bayfield Camp Work
John B. Toutloff of Bayfield and formerly of this city, convict in a manslaughter case with a three year state prison term, has been released on parole and returned to Bayfield to take employment in one of the camps. He has been a model prisoner.
