Our Father Remembered In Tribute To Mathew H. Robinson
Mathew H. Robinson born October 3 1846 in Lyons New York and died recently after a long life of devotion to family. He lived in Barrie Ontario Seneca Kansas Minesing Eau Claire Washburn and finally Harbor Springs Michigan his funeral was held at the Congregational church with Rev O W Smith and interment in Woodland cemetery. He left a wife four sons two daughters and three sisters and a brother.

Sailor on furlough visits with Delaware crew family
Frank Oberce of the United States Steamship Delaware, in the Engineering department, is in the city this week visiting his parents Mr and Mrs Andrew Oberce. He has served sixteen months with much time on foreign waters and Atlantic crossings. He leaves Sunday to return to duty and may soon sail again. Levi Soshea, who has joined the army, visited relatives here recently. Edith Taberman spent Tuesday afternoon in Ashland.
