The five men face a Wednesday 2 pm hearing before Justice Clark Nelson. three held without bail and two on 1000 bail default. Additional property recovered in Sheffield is noted and police say the case is nearly cleared. The initial robberies followed the gang failing to locate a Youngsville planned victim according to Hettrick.

Arnold F. Sullivan, pilot of a biplane, vanished after leaving Beaver Falls March 7 to fly from St Louis to New York. Relatives in Beverly, Massachusetts asked police to locate him fearing a crash or forced landing on Pennsylvania terrain. Union reports say the aircraft weathered engine trouble before landing near a farm and Sullivan has not been heard from since.
Miss Mary A Roe, 60, was found dead in her West Spring Creek home Monday afternoon by visiting school children. Coroner Lowrey authorized removal to Corry for burial. She lived alone and appeared to have died of a heart attack. Surviving relatives include a niece near Gerry and a sister in an adjacent residence.
A March 27 blaze in Latrobe Pennsylvania started in a two story brick building housing Latrobe Dairy Co and spread to a one story frame garage with 50 automobiles. It damaged two nearby homes and a three story brick office building, with extensive losses estimated around $200000. The fire injured Officer Joseph Stahl and drew responders from nearby towns.
