The two day event featured a pantomime Barnes 1828 1928 and a written history by Ariel Houghton read by Walter Hover. Cause Of Girl Death Probed In Kane Area
Officials in McKean County investigate the death of Irene Swanson 24 of Campbelltown near Kane at Kane Summit Hospital. An autopsy by Coroner D. Clay Heffner was performed in Mt Jewett and the stomach sample sent to Philadelphia for chemical analysis. Swanson reportedly worked in a Bradford home and fell into a coma Thursday dying hours after admission.
