Fourth Street Zoning Change Hearing Set
Warren borough council schedules a public hearing September 29 at the county courthouse on a proposed change to Fourth Avenue zoning from Residential 3 to Commercial 3 for 150 feet each side. The council will decide October 11, planning commission to provide a recommendation. Loblaws backs the plan with store and 100 parking spaces if approved.
