National Forge announces management changes at Worcester plant
Robert O. Wilder named Leo W. Ollila director of manufacturing and promoted C. Walter Johnson to manager of production metallurgy. Ollila comes from Worcester Plant of Wyman Gordon Co where he served as works manager and metallurgical manager in the Eastern Division. Johnson, chief chemist since 1931 and chief metallurgist since 1938, will oversee the metallurgical department and chemistry lab ensuring steel quality.
