Warren Borough engineers propose a concrete flume extending 681 feet along Pennsylvania Ave from point seven to a heavy circle. The project continues 3,460.5 feet north along Grade two with an earthen dike and rip rap. Total new construction equals 4141.5 feet.
Warren borough council unanimously approved an ordinance condemning property for the Glade Run flood control project and arranged for right of way transfers with Grade Two. The project includes 685 feet of reinforced concrete channel and 3 340 feet of earthen levees with about four-fifths of a mile of stream to be improved.
