Bell Telephone prepares Warren dial office project
The Bell Telephone Co of Pennsylvania breaks ground on the Bell lot at 101 Pennsylvania Ave West Warren. Construction of the Randolph dial office is set for mid 1959 completion at a cost over two million dollars.
