Youngsville Council Rejects 14915 Bid for Highland Ave Curbing
The Youngsville borough council rejected the 14915.25 bid from Charles H Fry Construction Co for curbing and drainage on Highland Ave. The Erie firm bid about 50 percent above engineers estimates from Hill and Hill. The board authorized an ordinance for curb construction and drainage with two thirds of costs assessed to abutting property owners.
