Penn Laurel Motel Planned for Warren Avenue Site

Oliver R. Johnson shows an architect drawing for Warren's Penn Laurel Motel to be built on the 700 block of Pennsylvania Ave W A new L shaped structure with 42 units a 200 seat dining room and a lounge is planned with completion aimed for March 1957. Partners Dan Dodge and Orrie Beebe oversee the project which follows the Carver Hotel fire loss.
