Warren borough council backs sewer projects and long range plan
Warren borough council approved advertising for five hundred feet of 24 inch storm sewer at East Third Avenue and accepted a $1800 bid from Warren Concrete Products. It discussed a long range plan funding $500,000 in sewers and $100,000 in paving over six to seven years with borrowed funds. The solicitor was authorized to prepare ordinances for sewer connections and catch basin placement.
