Extension Of Recreation Program Approved By Boro School Board
Warren Borough and Warren School system win approval for a 10 point extended recreation plan costing 500 dollars by the School Board with 2500 more needed from borough and a 2000 state share. The package includes skating rinks, warming rooms, supervised activities from December to March, and use of gym space for leagues on Saturdays. Dr. Carl E. Whipple elected president of the Pennsylvania Association of District Superintendents.
