Retiring Warren teachers honored at Education Association Dinner
Two Warren teachers, Miss Clara Spade senior English at Warren High and Mrs. Glen Stone home economics at Beaty Junior High, retire at term end and will be feted at a Warren Education Association Dinner in the Grade Two fire hall. Spade began teaching in 1932 after Oberlin. Stone, a graduate of Indiana State Teachers College and Penn State, started the home economics program in Youngsville before joining Warren.
