Warren council debates flood dam plan and paving program
The Warren borough council discussed flood control including Allegheny reservoir as the best solution and a $75,000 private study. They urged action for dam implementation and named a flood committee. A 1959 paving program was proposed with bids and a Council panel to study all-night parking and street cleaning challenges.
