Quiz Host Segall and Soap Writer in Light of TV Tastes
The piece compares Segall to Orin Tovrow of Ma Perkins, noting their airline travel to New York, luxuries like Shangri La in Mougins, and the enduring appeal of Dr I Q with its old format. It recalls quiz shows from Information Please to Whats My Line and jokes about a white George Washington tie on the dollar bill.
