Warren borough moved to approve a 1.5 million dollar agreement with Chester Engineers to finish the sanitary sewer system and construct a sewage plant. The project includes plant plans, supervision, resident engineer, and estimated annual costs around 68 thousand to 132 thousand dollars, pending bids and final ordinance.
