Dr Michael Hall of Iowa and a passenger ran out of fuel Tuesday forcing a landing in a Collins Pine Co field at Saybrook. A fuel retry failed as the plane barely cleared the ground rising 10 to 15 feet before nose diving. Both men escaped injury despite extensive damage to the plane. Hall was en route from Stroudsburg.
