Warren Borough approves paving and parking expansions
The Warren borough council approves resurfacing Third Ave from Market to Pennsylvania Ave and East Fifth Ave from Conewango Creek bridge to Conewango Ave. It also authorizes sealing older paving on several streets and bids for flood-related federal projects. A municipal parking lot next to the YMCA is to be maintained by the borough with 32 meters at five cents an hour, and a memorial for Hazel Thurston is read.
