Columbus Dam May Be A Major Recreation Area
The Pennsylvania Fish Commission announces consideration of a new Columbus Dam on Brokenstraw Creek near Columbus Corry to replace the 1947 flood washed out structure. The plan envisions a multi use recreational area with shore access for boating picnicking and swimming while seeking cooperation with the Department of Forests and Waters and local authorities.
