Budget and land purchases approved by Warren borough council

The Warren borough council approved a 493196 budget funded by a 26 mill real estate tax and a 5 per capita levy. They bought Halle Garage property for borough use and eight acres from H L Link near Mulberry playground, with time payments planned. John L. Smith named borough auditor. Ray J. Reed reappointed to the planning commission.
