Judge's Killer Held For Grand Jury
Norman Moon of Connellsville was held for the February grand jury after a preliminary hearing in the Wade murder case. Witness Bernice Seavy testified she saw Moon shoot Judge Allison Wade as the judge pleaded not to be shot. Dr. John Edward Thompson verified Wade died within minutes. The defense faced obstacles as Special Prosecutor David Kohn kept focus on the case.
