Warren budget hike funds million dollar school plan
Warren borough school board proposed a 1,007,715 budget for 1955-56 with 962,350 working funds after Beaty restrictions. The 25 mill tax rise and 10 per capita tax remain, as maintenance and debt service press against the plan and site acquisition for a new high school is discussed.
