Warren borough approves parking authority and annexation study
Warren borough council approves an ordinance creating a parking authority to survey off street parking feasibility with an engineer at about 100 dollars a day and total 2500 dollars. The authority may borrow. the borough not liable to bondholders. Members named for terms up to five years and one dissenting vote.
