Chester Oct 18 The Wellman Tron and Steel company of Chester has failed. A $64,000 judgment was entered by Delaware County National Bank. Execution issued and sheriff took possession. The firm was capitalized at $1,000,000 with over $1,500,000 invested in its plant and employed 1,200 men.
