A testimonial portrait by W A Greaves for Judge G W Scofield will be presented in Washington Friday November 16. Community calls for a free hospital and bridge in Warren.
The Revola Whist Club held a pleasant gathering last Friday evening at Mr. and Mrs. Geo S Davis on High street though the host was away managing a street railway in Franklin. The club meets next Friday at Mr. and Mrs G B Ensworth on East street with officers President J M Siegfried Secretary Geo B Roberts and Treasurer G B Ensworth.

Shortt Brown and Howard trail near the state ticket, with Republicans electing nearly the whole slate. The county backs Protection and McKinley as Chairman Parshall leads the campaign.

E K Dickson named prescription clerk at F E Falconer Co's drug store, praised for careful compounding and universal satisfaction.
