Propose New Railroad From Warren to Harmonia

A Warren voice urges building another railroad to Sugar Grove and beyond to the Kiantone to boost trade and status. The scheme envisions Chief Engineer W C Igabby and a route via Jackson’s Run to Sugar Grove, then to a mythical Harmonia with a soap transport line and spiritual cure profits. Dismisses risk, mocks epicac and homeopathy, hints at speculative gains and civic vanity.
