Veterans Decorate Soldiers Graves After Rain Delays

John Rowland and the Warren band proceeded to Oakland Cemetery. They placed flowers plants and two flags on graves with four soldiers per grave and heard brief prayers and remarks. The ceremony continued with a short address by Mr. L. R. Corbin before returning to town. Detachments earlier decorated graves in Glade and Conewango.
