Train times show arrival and departure patterns for the Dunkirk Allegheny Valley and Pittsburgh line with express services. Morning and afternoon departures are listed with arrival times, including 8:56 am and 4:28 pm. The fragmentary text also notes a 6:20 am start and a Sunday schedule reference.
The Warren dry goods merchant D Shear promotes a two week clearance selling Turkey Red Prints 1 000 yards and Dark Prints 2 500 yards for comforters at four cents, White Shaker Flannel 50 yards at ten to twelve and a half cents, unbleached German Linen at 37 1 2 cents, kid gloves 10 and 29 cents, towels 19 cents, bed spreads 83 and 98 cents, cloaks at own price and shawls 3 50. ribbon stock at five to ten cents per yard. Inventory begins soon, bargains in every department.
The Warren County Agricultural Association meets in Warren at the Court House on the last Saturday of each month at 1 p.m. President Chas. Lott, secretary Willis Cowan, treasurer W. B. Acocks. All farmers are invited to attend.
