The Town Council began a new agitation for a curfew ordinance at a regular meeting with the Borough Attorney tasked to draft a curfew law for the next session. Attorney Sechnar was asked to prepare a dog ordinance to abolish about a hundred useless dogs. The council also approved a $200 annual grant to Warren Public Library and noted street market receipts of $13.35 and $12.60 from Major Martin and the hay scales. They accepted $1,250,000 from lot owners affected by the riverfront street line on Penn a avenue west and passed first reading to straighten the northerly line of Madison Street between South and Russell. Adjourned meeting set for next Monday evening.
