The county teachers institute met in two sessions at the courthouse and one at the high school with large turnout. Prof Ward drew a big audience with a Michael Angelo lecture. Final adjournment came Friday morning after talks by Ward and Dr Winship and committee reports, including grateful resolutions for helpers.

The Warren County Teachers Institute featured a Edinboro reunion with about forty teachers present. Principal H. L. Ford of Tiona chaired the event as Holmes Phillips Supt. Gunning and others spoke. Eight or ten Edinboro men hold Warren principalships.

In Youngsville on December 19 1901 at 4 PM Dr. William Howard Hay of New Castle Pennsylvania wed Miss Lucille Blodgett of Youngsville at the bride’s home. In Salamanca on December 17 1901 Mike L. Merkle wed Miss Clara E. Bimber, both of Tidioute, Pennsylvania, at the parsonage.
