Deny Perkins a New Trial in Mail Fraud Case
In Pittsburg Judge Orr denied a motion for a new trial for Gilbert B. Perkins and Charles Franklin. Convicted in Erie federal court of mail fraud and threatening letters, they were sentenced to Leavenworth for three and five years.
