Sale of Farm Lands Prompts Rural Movement
The St Paul Pioneer Press notes rising land sales in the northwest and a shift from cities to farms. It highlights graduates pursuing scientific farming, increased use of electricity, and machinery shaping a laid back farming life, while acknowledging high costs and freight fees affecting profitability. Also mentions open court trials for disciplined public officials, Corbett and Fitzsimmons, and Smith’s or Trilby references, with notes on American patriotism and apples in England. The piece ends with an ad for American Kidney Cure promising rapid relief.
